REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs purchases and bookings made through GaloreUs.
1. GENERAL POLICY
Fees paid for coaching sessions, workshops, programs, webinars, events, and digital services are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required under applicable law.
2. REFUND REQUESTS
Users seeking refunds may submit a request through the following form:

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
3. SESSION RESCHEDULING
Users may request rescheduling subject to availability.
Rescheduling requests should preferably be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session.
4. MISSED SESSIONS
Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice may result in the session being considered completed and non-refundable.
5. DIGITAL PRODUCTS & EVENTS
Digital products, downloadable resources, webinars, recordings, workshops, and event registrations may not be eligible for refunds once access has been granted.
6. PROCESSING TIMELINE
Approved refunds may take 7–10 business days to process depending on the payment provider or banking institution.
7. EXCEPTIONS
GaloreUs reserves the right to:
- approve or deny refund requests,
- issue partial refunds,
- offer credits or rescheduling instead of monetary refunds.
